Alline Ereckson of Wylie passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 in Richardson, Texas at the age of 87 years.  Alline was born in Kemp, Texas on November 13, 1932 to parents William Dickerson and Sarah (Belcher) Dickerson.  Alline grew up in Wylie where she graduated from Wylie High School.  Alline met the love of her life John Ereckson and was married on March 15, 1951 in Biloxi, Mississippi where he was stationed while he was in the Air Force. Alline and the family moved back to Wylie where she and John raised their family.

Alline will be remembered as hardworking, being employed for many years at Universal Transformer Corporation in Wylie. She will be also remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a woman with a strong personality.  Alline enjoyed traveling, working with her horses, and her dog, Missy.

Alline is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Pamela Ereckson Fox and Michael Fox; son and daughter-in-law, John Harry Ereckson and Glynda Ereckson; granddaughter, Tiffany Ereckson Baggerman and husband Paul Baggerman; sisters, Paula Johnson and Flora May Lee.  She was preceded in death by parents, William and Sarah Dickerson, husband John Ereckson and brothers, Franklin, Jerry Alvon and W. G.

A visitation will be held at the Allen Funeral Home on Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 PM.  Her service will be on Saturday October 10, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church - Wylie.  Dr. A. L. Draper will officiate.  Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park.
