Arthur Culaba Juntilla, age 49

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arthur Culaba Juntilla who passed away peacefully on the morning of September 17, 2024, at his home in Wylie, Texas, at the age of 49.

Arthur was born on January 8, 1975, in Iligan City, Philippines, to Carlos Juntilla.  He was a skilled welder and later worked as a Walmart Associate, where he was known for his caring and thoughtful nature. Arthur was beloved by his friends and co-workers for his ability to make others smile, often sharing humorous stories with a punch line that brightened everyone's day.

The most important moment in Arthur's life came in 2017, when he found his assurance of salvation and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. His faith was central to his life and gave him peace and strength.

Arthur will be lovingly remembered by his father, Carlos Juntilla,  and his siblings: Aries Juntilla, Amie Juntilla, Alma Juntilla, Ted Sara (brother-in-law), Adie Mercado, and Ken Mercado (brother-in-law). He will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews, who adored him.

Arthur was predeceased by his mother, Alicia Juntilla, and his siblings, Armiel Juntilla and Arnold Juntilla. Their memories are cherished, and Arthur's reunion with them brings solace to those he leaves behind.

Arthur loved the outdoors and found great joy in diving, swimming, and fishing. Known for his charitable spirit, Arthur was always ready to lend a hand, doing his best to help others whenever he could.

A memorial service to celebrate Arthur's life will be held at Allen Funeral Home, 508 Master Avenue, Wylie, Texas 75098. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor the life of a man who shared so much love, faith, and kindness with those around him.

Arthur will be remembered for his strong faith, his warm heart, and his remarkable ability to lift others with his humor and generosity. His legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire all who knew him.
