Billy Kelley, 60, of Garland left this life on Thursday March 25, 2021 to go home to his Father and Savior.  Billy was born on Thursday May 12, 1960 in Sanford, Florida.  His parents were the late Billy Franklin Kelley and Erma Marie (Turner) Kelley.  He had worked in construction prior to becoming ill.  Billy enjoyed being outside, spending time with his family and NASCAR racing.

Surviving Billy is his wife, Linda Alexander of Garland; daughter, Amber Kelley of Wylie and Billy Kelley of McKinney, step-son, Jason Alexander of Wylie; sister, Rose Marie of Florida and his pride and joy, his 3 grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held for Billy on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel from 6:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
