Bobby Jack Causey, 84, passed away on Monday August 13, 2018 in Wylie.  Bob was born in Mt. Pleasant, Texas on Friday, May 11, 1934 to Herman Causey and Inez (Robertson) Causey.  Bob served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany.  He married Thelma Irene Thomason on March 25, 1957 in Greenville, Texas. Bob was a painting contractor.  He was a member of the Wylie United Methodist Church.

Surviving Bob is his wife of 61 years is Irene Causey of Wylie; daughter, Sherry Malone and husband, Steve of Wylie; brother, Sam Causey of Greenville and grandsons, Marcus Truman Chaney and wife, Lorna Ruth Chaney, Michael Austin Chaney and wife, Emily Diane Chaney and Mitchel Travis Chaney.  Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Allen Funeral Home.  A Celebration of Bob's life is Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Wally Williams officiating.  Bob will be laid to rest at the Wylie Cemetery.
