Brenda Kaye Cloutier passed away peacefully at her home on September 16, 2020. She was born in Scottsboro, Alabama on June 6, 1949 to parents, Daniel and Veda Keeton. It was love at first sight for Kaye and Pete and they were married March 25, 1967 in Trenton, Georgia just three months after they met.

Kaye is survived by her husband of 53 years, Pete Cloutier; daughter, Susan Ortiz and her husband Reymundo A. Ortiz; son Robert Cloutier and wife Kim Cloutier; and respectively 3 grand children, Jeff Morworth, Keeton Cloutier and Kailyn Cloutier, and brother Wayne Keefer.  Kaye is also survived by friend and caretaker Stacey Smith who helped care for Kaye alongside her children.  Kaye is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Veda Keeton; sister, Martha Magee and brother Roger Keeton.

Kaye attended paramedic school with her daughter and had briefly worked in the hospital in the Emergency Room.  But Kaye was professional homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother.  Kaye was loved greatly by her family and friends and will be missed deeply by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. until 12 Noon at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.  Kaye's funeral service will begin at noon also in the chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Dr. A. L. Draper will be officiate the service.  Interment will follow at Kreymer Cemetery.
