Charlcie Elizabeth Freeman, 79, of Wylie, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. She was born February 24, 1947 in McKinney, Texas to parents Geneva and Charlie Grogan. Charlcie is survived by her daughter, Monica Williamson and husband Billy of Wylie, Texas; Brothers Larry Williams and wife Delores of Mesquite, Texas, Walter Williams and wife Barbara of Linden, Texas, and Tracy Utsey of Plano, Texas; Grandchildren Meghan Becker and husband Sam of McKinney, Texas and Morgan Williamson of Garland, Texas; Great Grandson James Becker. Charlcie is preceded in death by her parents and half sister, Bobbie. She will be missed. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at Fitzhugh Cemetery in Lucas, Texas.
