Charlotte Ann Bullard, 79, went to be with her Lord on Friday, June 1, 2018.  Charlotte passed away at her home in Royse City surrounded by her family.  Charlotte was born in Dallas, Texas on May 8, 1939 to her late parents, James Lee Roy Sexton and Bobbie Jewell McClendon Sexton.

Charlotte was a member of Heaven's Harbor in Royse City.  Charlotte married Stacy Lee Bullard on May 26, 2006 in Jermyn, Texas.  Prior to her retirement she had worked for the Irving Independent School District. Before joining the Irving ISD, Charlotte had been prominent in computer sales.

Charlotte's greatest joys in life were her Children and grandchildren.  She was a tremendous soul winner for God and had the awesome ability to make anyone and everyone feel welcome in her home and at church. Her infectious smile and warm heart were definitely a plus when trying to witness to others.   Her faith was apparent to anyone who crossed her path.

Surviving her is her husband, Stacy Lee Bullard of Royse City; son, John David Keasler of Mineola, Texas; her daughters, Jamie Keasler of Wylie, Texas and Jennifer Ann Sutton and husband, Martie of Lewisville, Texas; sister, Sandra Wier of Irving, Texas and her 3 grandchildren, Jacob, Natalie and Dylan.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from9:30 - 10:30 at the Refuge Church, 1380 Parker Road, Wyle, Texas.  Her life celebration will begin at 10:30 A.M. also at the Refuge Church.  Pastor Joe McGahan and Pastor Chancy Gore will officiate.  Graveside services will be held at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 2:30 P.M.
