David Brundidge, 76, lifelong resident of Wylie passed away on Sunday January 23, 2022.  David was born in Wylie on Wednesday February 7, 1945.  His parents were Ralph Woodrow Brundidge and Edith Mae Swaner also lifelong residents of Wylie.  David never wandered far from Wylie other than when he was member of the United States Air Force. David returned from the service and went to work for Sears as a service repair man which he did until his retirement. David graduated from Wylie High School and was proud to be a Wylie Pirate.  Many Friday night's you would find him in the football stand watching his Pirates play. He was a member of the Lakepointe Baptist Church.

Surviving David are his children Bryan Brundidge of Alba and Leanne Spence of Grand Prairie; his two brothers, Bobby Brundidge of Wylie and Michael Turner of Wylie; along with his 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, numerous family members and friends.
