Dawn Demetria Blum (Hamlett) age 45 passed away on July 4, 2017 at Medical City Plano, TX. Dawn was born to Derald  and Peggy Hamlett in Ohio on October 7,1971. Dawn is survived by her Husband Ira Kenneth Blum, 5 Sons; Carl Wise, Michael Williams and Wife Holly, Andrew Blum, Robert Blum and Zachary Blum. She is also survived by her Brother Buddy Hamlett. Services will be under the direction of Allen Funeral Home
