Debbie Joplin, 73, of Wylie, Texas, passed away on January 3, 2026.

She was born on December 2, 1952, in McKinney, Texas to Talmadge Oxford (Father) and Mary Bruce (Mother).

Debbie spent more than 40 dedicated years working at American National Bank of Texas, where she was known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and the genuine kindness she showed to coworkers and customers alike. Her career was a source of pride, reflecting her loyalty and commitment to the people and community she served.

Above all else, Debbie cherished her family. She is survived by her brothers, Talmadge Oxford of Colorado and Paul Oxford of Texas; her daughter, Lindsey Oskutis (Mike) and her beloved grandchildren, Camdyn Gardner, Aiden Oskutis, and Maddon Oskutis; nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Step-Mother Rebecca Oxford, her brother Robert Oxford of Arizona and sister Becky Ann (Oxford) Francis of Alabama.

Debbie had a love for travel, with Panama City Beach holding a special place in her heart. Whether feeling the ocean breeze or spending quiet moments by the water, those trips reflected her appreciation for life's simple pleasures. She will be remembered for her warm spirit, gentle strength, and the steady love she shared with those closest to her.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Debbie's Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 1:00 P.M, at Allen Funeral Home Chapel.
