"The life of the party, the brightest light in the room, the funniest guy around. Mr. One Liner, yet a private man." Those are just a few of the phrases frequently used to describe the personality of Donald Duane Houser, 64, of Wylie, TX. He passed away peacefully on March 15, 2018, after a short battle with lung cancer. Don was born on April 14, 1953 in Eau Claire, WI to Jean and Duane Houser. He worked his entire career in law enforcement and then insurance special investigating units. Finally achieving his goal as the National Director of SIU for AmTrust North America. He is survived by his loving wife Ann Houser of 16  years, his mother Jean Houser of Eau Claire, WI., his sister and brother in law; Sue and Lynn DeLong of Mesa, AZ., his daughter and son in law Chrissy and Matt Geisler of Wylie, TX., his son and daughter in law Noah and Samantha Hernandez of Garland, TX., six grandchildren, and his devoted little dog Radar.
