He is survived by his Children Danny Middleton and Wife Mistie, Daughter; Tonya Shields and Husband Jonathan, 2 Brothers Dewey Middleton and Steve Middleton, Sisters; Janice Hughes and Husband Larry , Sharon Mintor. Surviving by Donnie is his 7 Grandchildren.
