Dorothy Lora Heath, 75, passed away at her residence in Parker, Texas on Sunday, July 15, 2018.  Dorothy was born in Long Beach, California on Tuesday, August 18, 1942.  Her parents were Fred B. Woodworth and Gladys Forshay Woodworth.

Dorothy married Robert Windell Heath on January 24, 1964 in Goleta, California.  Dorothy had been a teacher for many years prior to her retirement..  She was a member of Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas.

Surviving Dorothy is her husband of 54 years, Robert Heath of Parker; children, Robert Wayne Heath, Denise Gay and Daniel Lee Heath; sisters, Evelyn Wallace of Orange, California and Carolyn Sharman of Parker; and her three grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Fred L. Woodworth.

Visitation will be held at Allen Funeral Home on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.  Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Wylie on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 10:00 A.M.  Rev. Gene Getz will officiate.  Dorothy will be laid to rest at Lake View Cemetery in Lavon.
