Elizabeth (Betty) Houston was born in Cumnock, Scotland on August 10, 1931. She ended her journey in Plano, Texas on April 13, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Annie McGee, two brothers, Tom and John and two sisters, Ferries and Margaret.

Also proceeding to heaven ahead of her were her two daughters, Sandra and Beth and her granddaughter,  Christina. Betty is survived by her husband, Tom, son Robert and his wife Pamela, five grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
