Farhang Frank Fazel, Ch.E, M.E,  also known as Francouis, was born July 26th, 1923 in Somerville, Mass and passed away peacefully on February 9th, 2020 in Plano, TX.  His parents were mother Ziaiih Nasir Fazel and father Jenabe Fazel from Rasht, Persia and older brother, Housang Fazel of San Diego, CA.  His father was a renowned Baha'i Faith scholar who lectured in the US.

Francouis was a WWII Medical Aidman, rank of Private. He joined the Army in 1946 and was honorably discharged in 1947 as a result of demobilization and received the Victory Medal.

Francouis married Evaline Patricia "Kay" Keeley in Manhattan, NY on October 7th, 1949.  They resided in New York, NY and Houston, TX,  but traveled all over the world, in places such as India and Egypt as a result of Francouis' occupation as an Engineer. They became a temporary member of the Royal Bombay Yacht Club during his stint in India. Of all the places they traveled, Paris was one of his favorites.  Evaline and Francouis were happily married until her death on June 15th, 1980 in Houston, TX.  In 1985, Francouis met his second love, Yvonne Yeager,  becoming companions until her passing in 1999.  He said he was blessed to have loved and been loved by two wonderful women.

Francouis' education background was comprised of Columbia University in New York City, NY  - Chemical Engineering & Economics, Technological College in Tehran, Iran- Chemical Engineering and American College in Tehran, Iran- BS in Academic and General Engineering. He was a member of the AIChE (the global home of Chemical Engineers), the New York State Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. .

He is survived by his wife's (Evaline Keeley) cousins, Carter Jay Wooldridge and Janet Chandler (husband Johnny) of Wylie, TX, Kathy Bolton (husband Alan) of Garland, TX, Richard Keeley of Dallas, TX and Cynthia Fong of Peachtree City, GA and long time friend, Manijeh Contractor, MD of Morristown, NY .
