Faye Drain, 89, longtime resident of Wylie passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in Richardson, Texas.  Faye was born on Thursday, August 22, 1929 in Roxton, Texas.  Her parents were the late Charlie and Ora Mae Friday.  Faye married William "Bill Drain on October 6, 1951.  Bill preceded her in death.  Faye worked as a teller for Citizens State Bank for many years and helped Bill in the jewelry store they had in downtown Wylie.  Faye was a member of FBC-Wylie.

Surving Faye is her daughter, Tona Gail Drain of Wyllie; brother, Charles Friday of Iowa Park, Texas; 2 grandchildren Brittany Quiononez and Rocky Foster, 3 great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation for Faye will be on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from Noon until 1:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church - Wylie. Her funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 P.M. at the Sanctuary of FBC.  Dr. A. L. Draper will officiate.  Faye will be laid to rest next to Bill at the Wylie Cemetery.
