Fidelis Hood Payne passed away at her home with her Husband by her side on April 14 ,2019. Fidelis was born to Richard Blansett and Eva Hood on November 8, 1941 in Greensburg, PA. Fidelis Married Robert Dean Payne on July 5, 1973 in Cleveland, Ohio. Fidelis was a Office Manager during her working days. She is survived by her Husband of 45 years Robert Dean Payne, Children; Shawn Carroll and Gina of Wylie, Debbie Frankey and Brad of Logan, Utah, Annette Miller and Mark of Chicago, Illinois, and Kimberly Marie Cutler of Boise, Idaho.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at the Chase Oaks Church - Sachse Campus.
