Frances Gail Ripple 89, of Wylie, Texas passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.  She was born November 16, 1933 in Caddo, Oklahoma to the late Lonnie Clinton Jackson and Bertha Lee Hicks Jackson.  Gail married Morris Melton Ripple on December 30, 1952 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  She retired from the First Baptist Church of Wylie as a secretary.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents Lonnie Clinton Jackson and Bertha Lee Hicks Jackson, husband Morris Melton Ripple and son Troy Eugene Ripple.  She is survived by children Ronald Dwayne Ripple, William Orville Ripple and wife Sherry, La Lanii Poteet and husband Marc, Ralph Morris Ripple and wife Beth, brother Vernell Jackson sisters Flodell Brewer, Nelta Fern Daily, Berva White, Zelma Phillips, Dorothy Hawkins and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Allen Funeral Home.  The service will be Monday, October 23, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. A. L. Draper officiating.  Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Lavon, Texas.
