Franklin Howard Todd, age 81, born 7/27/1940, Minneapolis, MN to Leland and Doris Todd.

Survived by daughters Denise M. Todd (friend Steve Bardin) and Sandra K Irvin; grand-daughters Destiny Irvin and Cassidy Irvin, all of Garland, TX; brother-in-law Dean Dille and wife Pat of Minneapolis, MN.

Preceded in death by wife Diana Lee Todd, May 2010.

Past Master Richardson Masonic Lodge #1214, Past Patron Richardson OES # 921, Past President Richardson and Garland Shrine Clubs, Richardson Scottish Rite Club, Life Member Hella Shrine, 33 ^rd Degree Dallas Scottish Rite IGH, Siloam Masonic Lodge #276 (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), Hella Shrine Clowns, and Member York Rite Bodies.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in Frank's honor/memory to Richardson Masonic Lodge Scholarship Fund,the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children or The Shrine's Hospital for Children.

Frank will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Memorial service was held at the Allen Funeral Home, Wylie, TX on October 27, 2021.  A celebration of life will be held at a future date to be announced.
