Gary Thomas Currie, 66, of Nevada passed away on April 12, 2020 after being involved in a motorcycle accident.  Gary was born in San Rafael, California on April 9, 1954 to Thomas Edward and Barbara Ivanella Currie.  Gary was a member of the Biker Church here in Wylie.  Even after Gary lost a leg in an accident he loved to ride his motorcycle.

Gary is survived by children Jim Currie of Chicago, Illinois; Jeff Swann of Celina, Texas; Tom Currie of Gailsburg, Illinois and Michele Kelley also of Gailsburg; his brother Don Currie of Fairview, Illinois and sister, Heidi Aichele of St. Cloud, Minnesota and his 7 grandchildren.

Gary was laid to rest on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. in the Nevada Cemetery.  Gary's friend and pastor J. R. Franklin officiated.
