Jacqueline Lozada, a true caretaker at heart, passed away peacefully on June 7th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, warmth, and a joy for life that deeply touched everyone she met. She made the world feel a little smaller, a little kinder—because with her, no one ever felt like a stranger.

Her heart was always open. Whether offering a listening ear, a home-cooked meal, or a hug. She lived to serve others—not out of duty, but out of deep love. Her home was a haven, her kitchen a place where magic happened, and her laughter… unforgettable.

She had an effortless wit that could lighten any room. She brought laughter where there were tears, found joy in everyday moments, and never missed a chance to make someone laugh or smile.

A lifelong fan of the Texas Rangers, she could hold her own in any baseball conversation, rattling off stats and sharing stories with passion and humor. She loved books as much as ballgames, finding joy in stories, trivia (she was a Jeopardy queen), and thoughtful conversations on just about any topic. And yes, she proudly embraced her title as a "crazy cat lady"—her fur babies were just as much family as anyone else.

Her presence filled every room with light. She gave comfort without asking and brought joy without trying. Her impact was immense, rippling through the lives of her family, friends, and every soul lucky enough to cross her path.

She is survived by her daughter Alicia and son-in-law Andrew; her mother Maria Luisa; her brother Marcos; her sisters Madeline, Arlene, and Wanda; and her cherished niece Carimar. Her legacy lives on in the stories we share and the laughter we hear echoing in our memories.
