James Edward (Jim) Kinser, 92, of Plano passed away at his residence on Sunday, August 18, 2019.  Jim was born on Saturday, July 2, 1927 in Dickens, Texas. His parents are the late John Edward and Lola Minerva Kinser.  Jim married Mary Neil Marshall.  He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Jim is survived by his wife, Mary Neil Kinser, 4 sons and daughters-in-law, James Kirt and Barbara Kinser, Wayland Artt Kinser, Marshall Clay and Diana Kinser, Mark Wesley and Kelly Kinser; 2 daughters and son-in-law, Gina Donnette Kinser and April Diane and Justin Tracy; sisters and brother-in-law, Alice Rector, Shirley Rodgers and Bonnie and Billy Don Tomlinson.  He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 20,  2019 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Allen Funeral Home.  His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.  Ministers Tim Jennings and Randy Reagan will officiate.   He will be laid to rest in the Kreymer Cemetery.
