Janet Marie McCarley longtime resident of Wylie went to be with the Lord on September18, 2021 at the age of 99.

Janet was born March 2, 1922 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Fred and Agatha Hoover.  Janet was retired from Good Year after more than 25 years of service. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Wylie, Texas and the Shrine Temple 101 Women's Auxiliary.

Janet was preceded in death by her husband the late Lester (Mac) McCarley and daughter Bonita Renteria.  She is survived by Son-in-Law Gonzalo Renteria of Texas ; Grandchildren, Teresa Renteria of Dallas, Daniel Renteria and wife Cheryl of Wylie; Great-Grandchildren, Jeffrey Raye Renteria, Anna Leigh Hammons, Michael Lougheed and her adopted family, Jerry Osentoski, Marlene Osentoski, Jake Osentoski , Justin Osentoski, and Avery Osentoski.

Funeral Services to be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday September 24, 2021 at First Christian Church of Wylie followed by internment at the Wylie Cemetery.
