Jerry Leon Harrison, 76, of Lavon, Texas passed away at his residence on Friday, December 13, 2019.  Jerry was born in Lavon on July 27, 1943 to his late parents Willie Earl and Evelyn Louise (Jones) Harrison. Jerry married Carol Johniann Justiss on July 27, 1962 in Lavon, Texas.  He had been a printer for a printing company before retiring. Jerry was a member of the First Baptist Church - Lavon.

Surviving Jerry is his wife of 57 years, Carol Harrison of Lavon, son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Robin Harrison of Royse City, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Johnny Boles of Josephine, Texas; brother, Billy Harrison of Kempner, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Besides his parents Jerry was preceded in death by his grandson Dakota Shane Boles.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. on Sunday December 15, 2019 at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.  The funeral service will begin at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, December 15, 2019 also in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Randy Hargrave officiating. Interment will follow at the Millwood Cemetery.
