John C. Minnella, Sr, 73, passed away at his home in Trenton on Monday, March 11, 2019, surrounded by his family. John was born on Saturday, October 13, 1945 to his late parents, Thomas Joseph Minella and Elisabeth Mary Beck Minella.  John was owner and operator of a cement business.  He was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Anthony Catholic Church.

John is survived by his wife, Marcia Lynn (Gibbons) Minnella; children Dawn Minnella of Plano, Shelly Saunders of Trenton, John C. Minnella, Jr. and wife, Clarissa of Plano and Kari Lyn Spence of Wylie; brother Thomas Minnella, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

A memorial service for John will be held at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. Father Joseph will officiate.
