John Arthur Taylor III passed away at his residence in Wylie on Monday, March 26, 2018.  John was born on August 21, 1969 in St. Louis, Missouri.

To all that knew John, he would be described for his smile, outgoing personality, his kind heartedness and his overall Optimism for life. He was a hard and dedicated worker, working in the insurance industry most of his career life. He was a true salesman and enjoyed working with people.

They would also know him for his love of motorcycles, cars and his beloved Arkansas Razorbacks. Win or lose, he was always there to cheer them on.

He was loved by so many friends and family and will be greatly missed.


John leaves behind his wife, Toni Taylor, his mother Catherine Taylor, two brothers James & Tyrone Taylor, his sister Johmanda Jones, along with his 5 children; John Taylor IV, Jada Taylor, Myles Taylor, Morgan Carby and Breanna Carby.

John will be remembered for all of the love that he gave to his family and friends. There are a lot of people who have the best heavenly angel watching out for them right now.


A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.
