Judith Ellen (Manley) Perkinson, 72, of Wylie, Texas, passed away on September 8th, 2017 in Richardson, Texas.

Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 on Wednesday, September 13th at Jewell Rittman Funeral Home in Columbus, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, September 14th at Jewell Rittman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus, Indiana.

Judy was born in Columbus, Indiana to E. Wayne and Doritha Manley on April 28th, 1945. She graduated from Columbus High School in 1963. She married James Lowell Perkinson on July 27th, 1963. She retired from Cummins Engine Co.

Judy is preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Judy is survived by her children Jamie Knight and husband Richard, Jay Perkinson and wife Wendy, Jessica Davise and husband PJ, Shelby Brown and husband Steven. Grandchildren Stephanie Bailey and husband Eric, Lexi Knight, Jay Stephens, Brandon Murphy, Travis Murphy, Courtney Murphy,  Roy Davise, Simeon Davise, Marcus Davise, Joshua Davise, Niya Davise. Great grandchildren Annabelle Bailey, Skye Murphy, and Josiah Brown (on the way). Brother Jerry Manley and wife Jackie. Sister in law Joyce Winters. Brother in law Rick Perkinson and wife Dixie.
