Kenneth Richard Johnson, of Wylie Texas, formerly from the Chicago area, passed away at home on the morning of October 31, 2025.

Born on December 4, 1951 in Chicago, IL to Raymond and Fay (Wallace) Johnson. Ken is survived by his wife, Marlene, his son, Kenneth (wife, Beth), and his beloved grandson, Parker. He is also survived by his four brothers, Raymond Johnson (wife Carol), Richard Johnson (wife Patti), Ronald Johnson (wife Nancy), and Russell Johnson. As well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was a printer by trade who enjoyed working beside his father and brothers at the family business, Rayson Offset Printing Company.

In 1983, Ken married his wife of 42 years, Marlene (Gilszmer) Johnson. They have special memories of time spent in Mexico and Las Vegas. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and walking through nature preserves with his wife and dogs. In his and his wife's retirement, they moved to Texas to be near their son and grandson. He enjoyed exploring the Dallas area with his family and spending time at parks with Parker.
