Kevin Roy Moore, 61, of Log Cabin, Texas passed away at his residence in Log Cabin, Texas on Friday, August 21, 2020. Kevin was born in McKinney, Texas on Tuesday, March 17, 1959.  His parents are the late Roy M. and Marilyn E. (Smith) Moore. Kevin graduated from South Garland High School in 1977.  Kevin lived in and around Garland his entire life. He loved all sports especially NHRA and Indy car racing. Kevin also loved muscle cars, especially a TRANS AM and he loved riding his Harley Davidson.  Kevin married Deidre Lynn Davis on September 13, 2015 in Sunnyvale, Texas.  He was a member of the New Covenant United Methodist Church in Sunnyvale.  Kevin worked at Moore A/C and Heating Service with his brother.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Deidre Moore of Log Cabin, Texas, son, Gleen Freeman of Hutchins, Texas; brother, Steve Moore and wife Sandra of Rowlett, sister Cindy Peevey and husband Bill of Garland, Texas and step children, Cozette, Nicole, and Ryan.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Allen Funeral Home.  Kevin's funeral service will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 2:30 P.M. in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.  Kevin will be laid to rest in the Wylie Cemetery in the family plot.
