Margaret Jane Hill, 99, of Allen, Texas went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Margaret was born on Tuesday, March 22, 1921 in Zanesville, Ohio.  Her parents are the late Joseph Leslie and Alice Mildred (Shinn) Swingle. Margaret married Harry Clinton Hill on July 19, 1939 in Catlettsburgh, Ohio.  Harry preceded her in death. Before her retirement, Margaret was an author of spiritual and religious books, as well as being a Co-Pastor of a Non-Denominational church. She was a member of the Country Crafters where she made many friends.

Surviving Margaret is her daughter Jane Carol (Hill) Ridgway of Allen; sister Nancy (Swingle) Gransee of Arizonia; brother, Robert David Swingle of Ohio; 1 grandson and 3 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Fitzhugh Cemetery on Monday, June 1, 2020.  Dr. A. L. Draper will officiate.
