It is with great sadness that the family of Martha announces her passing at age 84 on January, 1, 2026 in Richardson, Texas. Martha G Skinner (Cooksey) of Wylie, Texas was born on March 20, 1941 in Hugo, Oklahoma to parents Lorene and Rufus Cooksey. Martha leaves behind her legacy with her loving family—Daughter, Kay Allen (husband) David Taylor, Son, Bennie Kelso, Daughter, Renah Mashburn (husband) David, Step Daughter, Cathy Arnold. Brothers, Buddy Cooksey and Bobby Mason; 7 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Skinner, Daughter, Sheryl Lynn, and Sister, Dottie Cooksey. Martha will be deeply missed by all those that were dear to her. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 9, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Allen Funeral Home in Wylie, Texas.
