Mary Ellen Nunn, 81, went to her rest on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in Rowlett, Texas. Mary was born on Friday, December 22, 1939 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She had met John Daniel Nunn and they married on Jun 18, 1957 in Houston, Texas. They raised their kids in Dallas, Texas and retired in Collin County to settle outside the small town of Nevada.

Mary leaves behind her husband of 64 years, John Daniel Nunn of Nevada; children, Don Edward Nunn and wife Debbie of Cedar Hill, Nickie Nunn and wife Dreama of Garland, Juanita Saucedo and husband Manuel of Wylie and John Paul Nunn of The Colony; and her three grandchildren, Shon Saucedo, Kyle Nunn, wife Alexis, Elena Kluza, husband Mica, and her one great-granddaughter, Lilly Nunn. She was preceded in death by her parents, Burt Estabrook and Lavina (Spence) Estabrook, sister Geneva Pettigrew and baby Ellen Lanell Nunn.

The family will have a visitation on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 30, 2021 also in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Lake View Cemetery in Nevada.
