Maude Evelyn Sweeney was born August 17, 1923 and passed away on February 8, 2021 in Wylie, Texas at the age of 97.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father,  Ed and Nancy Welk

Granddaughter Sue Ann Bruce and husband Bob

And a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren

We are both happy and incredibly sad for the loss of our mom, grandma, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

She loved all of her friends at the First Baptist Church of Wylie. Years ago, she made arrangements for her house and property to be willed to the church.
