Norma Boss, 74, of Wylie went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 25, 2016.  Norma was born in San Diego, California on September 6, 1942 to parents Leonard Wood Berry and Jewell Charlotte (Penn) Berry.

Norma married the love of her life and her best friend, James Ray Boss, on June 6, 1964 in Southmayd, Texas.  Norma and James moved to Wylie and Norma stayed home to raise their two children, Karla and Matt.  Norma was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church - Wylie.  She and James loved to travel and see different sights.

Norma is survived by her husband, James Ray Boss of Wylie; daughter, Karla Kay Herriage and husband Jeff of Sachse and son, Matthew T. Boss stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Norma also leaves behind her two grandchildren, Amanda and Tanner Herriage.  Norma was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation is Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. in the Mall area of the First Baptist Church - Wylie.  The funeral service will be on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church - Wylie.  Dr. A. L. Draper, Dr. Kris Segrest and Rev. Derek Draper will officiate.  Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen.
