Pamela is survived by her husband of 21 years Roger Elkins, children; Chivas Kern, Dylan Elkins, Nathan Palmer,1 sister, Gina Palmer; nieces and nephews, Amberli Palmer, Kadie Palmer, Marsi Palmer, Abigail Palmer and Daniel James Palmer.
