Patricia Joan Eckiss, 87, of Wylie passed away at her residence on Thursday, January 30, 2020.  Patricia was born on Friday, March 11, 1932 in Linneus, Missouri.  Her parents are the late Hubert Wilson and Wanda L. (Burris) Cockerham.  Patricia was a Underwriting Assistant with Crum and Foster Insurance Agency.  She was of the Lutheran faith and attended Peace Lutheran Church in Garland.  Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Jack Eckiss.

Survivors are her children; Paul Oliver, Jr., Diana Cox, Harlen Eckiss, Darlene Watts and Eddie Plemons; sister Bonnie Wiseley; brothers, Monty Ray Cockerham and Bobby Cockerham; 7 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jack Schneider will officiate.
