Patricia Jane Frizzell, age 81, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2016 at her home. Born to Joseph Ray Conard and Truman Rhoda Johnson on September 11, 1935, Jane was raised in Cayuga, Texas.  She was a long-time resident of Athens, Texas, and in 1999 after the passing of her husband, moved to Plano, Texas, to be near family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" D. Frizzell; brother, Kenneth Conard; sister, Jean Conard Kyle; and father and mother.  Jane is survived by her daughter Felesha Ann Howell and husband Kenneth Wayne Howell; grandsons, Zachary and Tyler Howell; brothers, Donn and Phillip Conard; sister, Dorothy Conard Newsom; and a large number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
