Patrick Kavanagh, age 62, of Richardson, Texas passed away on December 27, 2016.  He was born on April 3, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to Cyril Augustine and Elizabeth Jean (Bettye) Kavanagh.  Patrick grew up in Richardson.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Sean, Brian and Michael Kavanagh and his sister, Colleen Kavanagh Lee.

Patrick was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan, musician and motorcycle enthusiast. He loved his family and his friends dearly.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Patrick is survived by his loving daughter, Meghan Kavanagh and her mother, Donnie Lee Kavanagh; his sisters and brother; Kathleen McLarty and husband, Phil of Hope, Arkansas; Sharon Clark and husband Jim Edd of Longmont, Colorado, Erin Miars and husband, Don of Whitewright, Texas, Kelly Patton and husband Neale of Richardson, Texas and Eileen Stanberry and husband David of Garland, Texas; brother Kevin Kavanagh of Richardson, Texas; uncle, Joe Kavanagh and wife Mim of Carrollton, Texas; aunts, Anne Sain of Jackson, Tennessee and Mary Bulger of Pennsylvania; and a number of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who adored him.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 2:00 P. M. at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.
