Ralph D. Peabody, 80, of Farmersville, Texas passed away at his home on Monday, July 13, 2020.  Ralph was born on Friday, May 31, 1940 in Lebanon, Indiana where he was one of five children of the late Glenn Robert and Mildred Ruth (Eck) Peabody.  He had worked in the construction business prior to his retiring. Ralph loved to play golf and when the weather permitted you might see him on the greens at the Oak Hollow Golf Course in McKinney.

Surviving Ralph is his daughter and son-in-law, Vickie and Jeff Heuermann; sisters, Jeanie Meenach and Ruth Ann Hollingsworth; sisters-in-law, Madalyn Peabody and Bee Peabody; numerous nieces and nephews; and a beloved and dear friend, Karrissa Edwards and her husband Chris and their family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred Eck and Glenn Peabody: two brothers, Harold Peabody and John Peabody; two brothers-in-law, Jim Hollingsworth and Wendell Meenach; and daughter, Sherre Michelle Peabody.

A Celebration of Ralph's life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.  Pastor David Meeks of the Farmersville Bethlehem Baptist Church will officiate.  Ralph will be laid to rest at the Nevada Cemetery.
