Ray Leonard Scott's Obituary
Ray Leonard Scott, 95, of Wylie, Texas passed away at Medical City Hospital in Dallas on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Ray was born on August 29, 1921 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to Sherman and Ruby Scott.
Ray joined the United States Army and served during World War II. After leaving the Army, Ray went to back to college and after receiving his degree went to work for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Ray married Virginia Nell Riley and she had preceded him in death.
Ray is survived by his daughter, Glenda English of Wylie and by his granddaughter, Lisa Kittyle.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 29, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. at the Cottonwood Church of Christ. Minister Eric Hogue will officiate.
