Rozell Antoinette Chavez's Obituary
Rozell Chavez, 73, of Plano, Texas passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Roz was born on January 26, 1945 in Rosebud, South Dakota. Her father and step mother are the late Richard and Patrika Morgan. She married Lawrence Edward Chavez on January 29, 1982 in Missouri. Prior to her retirement she had worked for Macys.
Surviving Roz is her husband Larry Chavez of Plano, son, Michael Todd Calloway and daughter, Dietra Diane Ellison and her husband Steven; brother, Richard Homer Morgan and sister, Katherine Joyce Beadles; half brother, Sherman Marshall; 3 half sisters, Bridgette pace, Gladys Bordeaux and Sheenon Chasson and her three grandchildren:Kristen, Kathryn &Caroline. She was preceded in death by her father and step mother, Richard and Patrika Morgan and her mother, Lema Bordeaux.
Visitation for Roz will be held at the Allen Funeral Home on Thursday June 28, 2018 from 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Funeral services will be on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at the Prestonwood Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Roz's name to Hope's Door. https://www.hopesdoorinc.org
