Ruby McNeal, 57, of Wylie, Texas passed away in Richardson on Sunday, February 5, 2023.  Ruby was born in Thomson Georgia on January 26, 1966 to her late parents Gordon E. and Betty Jean (Miles) Love.     She had been a housewife prior to her death.  Ruby was a member of the The Cross Church.

Surviving her is husband Joe McNeal, son, Caleb McNeal; and sister, Rhonda McDowell and her husband Kirk.  Her parents proceeded her in death.

Visitation will be held at The Cross Church - Draper Chapel on Thursday, February 9,2023 from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
