Sandra Faye Ekbladh of Wylie, Texas passed away on January 3, 2026.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Leland Ekbladh and sons Erick, Patrick, and Michael Ekbladh. She is also survived by her Daughters-in-law Amanda Fenn, Renee Ekbladh, Teresa Ekbladh and son-in-law Chuck Sanders-Ekbladh. The light of her life were her grandchildren Levi Ekbladh, Claire Fenn, and step-grandson Brandon Jones as well as his children Sofia, Connor, Piper, and Dutton Jones.

Faye spent much of her time quilting, gardening, and helping make the world a better place by showing compassion and empathy for everyone she encountered.  It would take too many words to describe the impact she had on her family, friends, and strangers. But suffice to say, she will be remembered with great love and fondness to all those she loved.  A Celebration of Life will be held at her home in Wylie, just the way she wanted it.
