Sandra June Penney age 71, passed away on November 25, 2024 in Richardson, Texas. Sandra was born to Lestel and Irene Wafford on August 24, 1953 in Farmersville, Texas. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Welk, 2 Grandchildren, Autumn Kuschel, and Forrest East; 1 Great Grandchild Maple Kuschel, along with her sister, Brenda Reyes. Preceded in death by daughter Stacy Welk Davis and brothers and sisters, Ann Siler, Wayne Wafford, Sretha Meeks, Patricia Story, and Richard  Wafford.
