Scott Alan Jones, age 60, of Wylie, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025.

Scott was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose presence brought encouragement and light to all who knew him. He built his personal training career around his passion for helping others become the best version of themselves — guiding athletes of all ages and levels to reach their goals and feel their best. His dedication to others was matched only by his love for his family.

Scott is survived by his devoted wife, Karen; his children, Kambree (and husband Brandon), Kalan, Kolton, Kaden, and Jared; and his grandson, Jordan. He is also survived by his mother, Merle Jones; his brothers, Steven Jones (and wife Vickie) and Shawn Max Jones (and husband Tony Walker), and their families, along with numerous friends and athletes whose lives he touched throughout the years. He is preceded in death by his father, Glenn Jones.

Whether he was on a football field, on a court, or in the barn helping with show animals, Scott could always be found supporting and cheering on the people he loved. He had a lifelong love of horses, enjoyed watching sports, and took great pride in encouraging kids — whether they were his own or not. His energy, laughter, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.

A memorial service to celebrate Scott's life will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Allen Funeral Home in Wylie, Texas.

Scott's legacy of love, encouragement, and dedication will live on through his family, friends, and the many lives he inspired.
