Tommy Gerald Neece went to live with our Lord, Jesus Christ on July 13, 2018. Tommy was 73 years old. He lived outside Greenville, Texas for the last 36 years where he liked the country living. Tommy was born August 19, 1944 to Ben and Lillie Neece in Decatur, Texas. He fell in love and married Dorothy Sims and they had four children. He was truly a devoted husband and Dad. His family always came first.

He was an avid chess player, hunter, gun collector, and he loved to make hand crafted knives. He loved music. He passed all these passions onto his children and grand children. Tommy never met a stranger and never walked away from anyone in need of help. He was loved by everyone that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ben Neece. Those left behind to cherish his memory are: his wife Dorothy Faye Neece of Hunt County, Texas; his daughter Cynthia Yost of Greenville, TX ; his daughter Chasity Neece of Farmersville, TX; his daughter Stacey Neece of San Antonio, TX; his son Christopher Neece of Rowlett, TX; his grand daughter and grand son-in-law Shannon Johnson and Brett Johnson of Lewisville, TX; his grand daughters Sapphire and Amanda Neece of San Antonio, TX; and his grand daughter Stella Neece of Sioux Falls, SD; his mother, Lillie Mock of Ordway, CO; his sister and brother-in-law Carolyn Vaughn and Kenny Vaughn of Ordway, CO; his half brother Benny Neece and Dewain Neece of Brownsville, TX.
