Virginia 'Gail' Schiefer of Wylie, TX passed away 11/16/2020.  Gail is survived by her husband of 49 years Daniel Guy Schiefer, better known as Joe; her children Bruce Davis and his wife Mercy Davis, Brad Davis and his wife Nikki Davis, Calvin Schiefer and his wife Stephanie Schiefer, Tracy Schiefer Allen and her husband Chris Allen; her grandchildren Madelyn Davis Brown, Gilbert Davis, Anthony Allen, Austin Brown, Brody Davis, Emily Davis, Aidan Schiefer, Alice Schiefer, Everly Davis, Edisyn Davis; and her 2 great-grandchildren Jason & Charlotte Brown; her sisters Connie Crocker, Charlotte Feagin, and Annie Norris.  She is preceded in death by her husband Gilbert Bruce Davis, her parents Neadham Calvin Davis & Lillie Mae Davis, her brother David Davis, and her sister Jeannie Beck.

Gail will be remembered as a very sweet, kind, loving Christian woman who never met a stranger and dedicated member of Cottonwood Church of Christ.  She loved her friends and family more than anything in this world.  And she loved to show it when she cooked, especially the best from scratch cinnamon rolls around.  She is known to many Wylie Middle School students over many years as the crazy lunch lady who never let anyone go hungry.

A celebration of life will be held at Wylie Church of Christ on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 10:30 am with a reception immediately following at 505 Woodhollow Dr,Wylie.
