Walter David Norris left us unexpectedly, after a short illness on Friday, January 22,2021.   Born on March 13,1947 in Dallas, TX.   Preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Mattie Norris, and brother Malcom.  He is survived by many caring cousins and friends. He was a member of Oates Baptist Church.  Pastor Jim Burt will be officiating at a graveside service at the IOOF Cemetery, Caddo Mills, TX.   Thursday, January 28 at 2:PM.
