William August Parker, 91, lifelong resident of Wylie passed away at his home on Friday, September 27, 2019.  He was born in Wylie on January 21, 1928 to his late parents William Arthur Parker and Ida (Bogart) Parker.  He married Geneva Allene Cisco.  William had worked in manufacturing on the assembly line.

William is survived by his wife Allene Parker and son, Larry Parker both of Wylie.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

Visitation will be Monday, September 30, 2019 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.  William's funeral service will be at 3:00 P.M. also at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. A. L. Draper officiating.  Interment will follow at the Wylie Cemetery.
