William Joseph Phillips, Jr.  88, of Rowlett, Texas was born to William Joseph Phillips, Sr. and Ethel Bradwell Phillips.

William Phillips, Jr. was a proud Army veteran who loved his country. He gave his life to Jesus when he was 35 years old in a small church in Davenport, Iowa.  Jesus radically changed his life and he lived a life of sacrifice and love for his family.

William was preceded in death by his loving wife Jeanette Phillips, and youngest daughter Amanda Phillips.  His parents, William Phillips Sr. and Ethel Phillips, and 7 of his siblings.
